Greetings from Lynfred Winery! I am writing in regards to our rencet promotion with the Radio Shopping Show at your station. Lately we have been receiving quite a few of the Tour & Tasting certificates that we use for the show. Those certificates are vital to us as they bring in at least 10 new people to the winery per certificate. It is then that we are able to show them th at Lynfred Wintery truly is a hidden gem.
Recently you were kind enough to allow me an interview on your program and I cannot tell you enough how much we appreciate that! While I was still on the line we were receiving phone calls and even booked a bed and breakfast stay from that interview (a $500 value to us). Just a brief note to tell you how thrilled I am to have my company, Your Best Friend's Closet, be a part of the Radio Shopping Show. The exposure to our store because of the RSS has been wonderful.
What a great way for people to try new and different business' without spending a fortune on something they're not sure of. The Radio Shopping Show allows people to try out new places and brings us new customers weekly. I want that savvy shopper to come back and am glad when they use their Radio Shopping Show certificate.

I have been working with the radio station for over a year now and have been very satisfied with all of the advertising that you have provided all of my locations. The new customer's that you have helped bring in has been a big boost to our business. We are continually seeing new faces and many people come back without certificates. The Road Shows that you do here are also a great way to bring people into the restaurant. The hardest part of owning a restaurant is getting people to try in the first time, you help out with getting them in the door and then it's up to us to make sure they come back. You have done so much to promote our restaurant with commercials, magazine and the website that it's amazing that I've never paid you a dime for any of it. Working with you and the radio station is by far the easiest type of promotional work I've ever done. I have been working with Dave Niven of the Radio Shopping Show with WRMN/1410, Elgin Broadcasting Company, Inc. for about two years. I have found that this experience has not only been of true professionalism, but great results.
In the past two years, I have seen many new faces here in my restaurant as well as increases in our sales. I have been experiencing double digit growth for the oast two years, of this I feel we could attribute at least 1/3rd of this increase to the radio coupons and the advertising it has generated. We have had minimal problems with teh redemtion of thesecoupons as the radio station puts the purchasers name of these certficates. The one person abusing the coupons has since been dealt with by the radio station. This has truly helped us with the effectiveness of these certificates. The average percentage of adjestment to sales has been no more than that of a Buy One, Get One coupon that is better than we expected.
We have also had a "Road Show" help here at least once each quarter since our signing on and I must say, these shows have been good sales generators as well as good visibiility for our restaurant. These shows have been handled very professionally by the WRMN staff and we look forward to doing the shows here.
